General rules for depositing and withdrawing funds

  1. The term “instant” shall be understood to mean that a transaction is carried out within a few seconds without manual processing by financial department specialists.
  2. Funds may only be withdrawn to clients’ personal accounts in order to ensure financial security and prevent money laundering.
  3. The company will not accept direct payments or payments to third parties; clients are given all necessary information in their personal area when completing a transaction.
  4. Deposits and withdrawals may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a deposit or withdrawal is not carried out instantly, it will be completed within 24 hours.
  5. The company shall not be liable for delays in processing deposits and withdrawals if such delays are caused by the payment system.
  6. Internal transfers between accounts of the same type are performed instantly. Internal transfers are not available to clients who use credit cards to fund their trading accounts.
  7. If a client funds his/her trading account using multiple payment systems or multiple wallets within the same payment system, funds must be withdrawn in proportion to the amounts deposited.
  8. The company retains the right to change the processing time for deposits and withdrawals without notifying clients in advance
  9. The company may place limits on the payment systems available to clients from certain countries.

Bank transfers will be available to the client in his or her Personal Area once the e-mail address, telephone number, and passport (national ID) have been verified.

Only between accounts belonging to the same person (on the condition that the names, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses associated with these accounts match).

Depositing/withdrawing funds

To replenish or withdraw funds from a trading account using a bank transfer, complete the following steps:

  1. Login to the Personal Area.
  2. Go to the "Add Funds" or "Withdrawal" section, as appropriate.
  3. Indicate the deposit or withdrawal amount; select "Wire transfer" and the transfer currency. Then click "Make Deposit" or "Make Withdrawal". A bank transfer ticket with all the necessary information will be generated automatically.
  4. Print the ticket and then make payment at the bank, or use the information on the ticket to complete the payment through the online banking system.
  5. If the deposit or withdrawal currency and the trading account currency differ, there will be a conversion at the current foreign exchange rate prior to executing the payment.

Additional information

Before executing an international bank transfer (MT103 SWIFT), a client can choose how to pay for the transfer service.

BEN, SHA, and OUR are codes for SWIFT instructions. They are specified in field 71A "Details of Charges".

  • OUR means that the client will be paying for all charges. The full payment amount will be deposited in the company's account.
  • SHA (shared) signifies that the client will only be paying for charges from his or her own bank. The payment amount less any correspondent bank charges will be deposited in the company's account.
  • BEN (beneficiary) means that the client won't be paying any charges. The full amount of the payment less the cost of the transfer will be deposited in the company's account.

The company's bank will only credit the amount received from the correspondent bank. After a successful transfer, the company will credit the appropriate amount to the client's account.

Internal Transfer

Any EXNESS client can perform internal transfers between his or her own account. To perform in internal transfer, complete the form and the corresponding section of your Personal Area.

Internal transfers between accounts with different currencies are made based on the current exchange rates at the time of the transfer. If an account has been replenished using an internal transfer, we can independently choose the method of withdrawal, taking your preferences into consideration.

Make deposit

Note An internal transfer may only be performed from a trading account if funds were deposited into it using a payment system available for the recipient's account.

Restrictions on internal transfers

  • Internal transfers may not be performed from accounts replenished using a bank card.
  • If an account is replenished using a bank transfer, Moneybookers, CashU, RBK Money, or Neteller, then internal transfers from the account will only be possible within the Personal Area. This restriction may apply to other local payment systems. You can clarify which systems are affected by contacting our support team.
  • Up to 10 internal transfers between your own accounts may be performed per day without any commission. Additional transfers are subject to a 0.01% commission. The minimum commission is 0.01 USD.
  • If an internal transfer is made to an account that has not yet received its first deposit, the amount of the internal transfer cannot be less than the minimum deposit for that type of account.

Additional information:

  • You may use Visa and MasterCard to deposit funds in your trading account.
  • In case the payment is made in a currency other than bank card account currency, Visa or Mastercard payments systems' exchange rate is used.
  • Important! If you use a bank debit card to deposit funds in your trading account, your first withdrawal will be processed as a chargeback to that debit card. If you have earned a profit, any funds remaining after the chargeback will be transferred to your bank account via wire transfer. The Company will transfer funds to the bank account you list in the withdrawal application and shall not be liable for any delays in processing the wire transfer.

Funds are automatically deposited.
Fund withdrawal using an internal transfer is not available.

Transfer using a card will be available to the client in the Personal Area after the telephone number and passport (national ID) have been verified.

Making a deposit

To replenish a trading account using a credit card, do the following:

  1. Login to the Personal Area and go to the "Add Funds" section.
  2. Indicate the deposit amount, select "Credit card", and click "Make Deposit".
  3. If the deposit or withdrawal currency and the trading account currency differ, there will be a conversion at the current foreign exchange rate prior to executing the payment. The next page will display the conversion parameters and the commission size. Click "Confirm Payment".
  4. After you confirm the payment, if you are using a credit card to make a deposit for the first time, it must be authorized in our company's system. Select "Add new card" and enter the required information: card number, expiration month and year, and the three-digit security code (CVV). Then select the currency you would like to be used for the authorization. A hold in an amount between 0.01 and 2.00 in the selected currency will be placed on the card. On the next page, enter the authorization amount or a six-digit confirmation code. The cardholder may receive a code according to the rules of the bank that issued the card (for example, as a text message). The indicated amount will be temporarily frozen in your account while the card is being authorized. Please note that at some banks these holds look like withdrawals; however, the funds remain on the card. After the card has been authorized, it will be linked to the account and the authorization amount will be released on the card.
  5. If the card has already been linked to the trading account, select it from the list (the last four digits of the card number are displayed). Verify the card by entering the card expiration date and the CVV2 code. The deposit will then be made.

To withdraw funds to a credit card, go to the "Withdrawal" section of the Personal Area and select "Credit Card (refund)". Then click "Make Withdrawal". A withdrawal to a credit card will be made as a payment refund. On the next page, you will be offered a choice of transactions that may be refunded.

Additional information

  1. Regardless of deposits made using other payment systems, canceled credit card payments have the highest priority. Until the payments have been refunded, funds may not be withdrawn through other payment systems.
  2. In view of the fact that funds are withdrawn to a credit card by refunding a payment, the amount of withdrawals to a card will always be equal to the amount of deposits.

  4. When making the deposit you will be redirected to the electronic payment system's website, where you will need to confirm the payment and select one of three payment options: a Perfect Money account, an electronic voucher, or a payment terminal.

  5. After confirming the payment, you will be redirected to WebMoney's website, where, in order to complete the transfer, you will need to login and confirm it after chosing the desired payment method.

  • Please note that EXNESS does not approve WebMoney checks for payment.

  4. When making a deposit, specify an e-mail account for Skrill (Moneybookers).If the e-mail account does not match the e-mail used when registering the trading account, a verification code will be sent to the new e-mail address. Enter the code in the corresponding field to authorize the e-mail address. If the e-mail address is not authorized, the deposit will be returned to the payment system wallet. When making a deposit, you can select the payment method: Skrill (Moneybookers) account or credit card.

Additional information

If a credit card was used in Skrill (Moneybookers) to replenish an account, then the withdrawal will be executed differently:

  1. If the requested withdrawal amount is less than or equal to the deposit made through the credit card, then the entire payment will be returned immediately to the card.
  2. If the requested amount is greater than the deposit, then the withdrawal will be split into two parts (the result can be viewed in your Personal Area):
    • A refund to the credit card in the amount of the previous deposit.
    • A transfer to a Skrill (Moneybookers) account.
    Thus, part of the funds will be sent to a Skrill (Moneybookers) account, and part (an amount equal to the deposit) will be returned to your credit card.
