The Head of the Dealer Department is responsible for supervising and performing dealer investment activities. The Department Head conducts the company's day-to-day trading and ensures that the company's positions are within the relevant limits. Furthermore, the Department Head conducts technical and fundamental analysis and monitors the price fluctuations of currencies, commodities, and other financial instruments.
The Head of the Brokerage Department is responsible for supervising investment services: receiving and sending orders for one or more financial instruments and order execution. The Department Head organizes all the procedures and processes so as to align with the best interests of the company's clients and ensures the prompt and fair execution of clients' orders.
The Head of the Administrative/Back Office Department is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and updating procedures for opening client accounts, as well as performing client identification and due diligence during account opening, and classifying the clients accordingly. The Department Head ensures that the clients are provided with all the necessary company information, records all client information and documentation, and records executed orders. In addition, the Department Head receives and follows up on clients' complaints and grievances.
